AI Guidelines

Our stance on AI: leveraging opportunities while upholding responsibility

We use AI deliberately to increase productivity and create real value for our clients. For us, AI is a tool – never a substitute for human expertise.

Our use of AI is aligned with the EU AI Act and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). Protecting client and project data is our top priority: as a rule, no sensitive or personal data is entered into AI systems.

All outputs are carefully reviewed by us. We do not pass on AI-generated results without verification. We pay particular attention to non-discriminatory language and visuals, cultural sensitivity, and context-appropriate messaging.

We continuously develop our expertise and critically evaluate new tools. This document is a living framework that we regularly refine.

AI is transforming the way we work and we actively shape this transformation: consciously, competently, and responsibly.

AI is a tool for increasing efficiency, not a replacement for our human expertise.

We always take final responsibility and review all outputs for quality, relevance, and non-discrimination.

We continuously expand our knowledge and critically reflect on how we use AI.

This guideline is a living document that evolves with our experience.
